"Gina is a super host. She was available to answer our queries about local walks, eating places. Elm tree farm is a quaint and delightful b&b, with many 17C period features The veiws are picturesque and the area is quiet and peaceful.Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced sausage, bacon and eggs with an array of Ginas homemade jams and marmalades. Motorbike parking was safe and off road. A pleasure to stay.Highly recommend and will return if in the area again."

"The hotel was clean, but could do with refresh in places. Staff were friendly and professional. Although next to busy roads, soundproofing was very efficient and didn't notice the traffic. My wife found the bed a bit hard, I was fine, but it did make a lot of noise, even when just sitting on it. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. The location was ideal for our needs, a trip to The Deep and a bit of shopping. If visiting Hull again, I would have no problem booking into...
