"The place was large and clean. Very large. Having a full kitchen and refrigerator was great. Excellent Penn State colors for the towels. Exterior is dull and plain, could use some color. Coffee pot with filter packs was useless. Would have been nice to have the TV in the bedroom."

"We had a fantastic weekend at this property! As Penn State alums, the six of us have been coming to State College for over 25-years for a football game. The property was beautiful, the house was large, well maintained, clean and had every amenity you could old think of. Dustin was a great host and very responsive. This was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we’ll definitely stay here again."

"The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!"
