"We were looking for a pizza & beer place to eat after our hike to Mt. LeConte. Unable to find a place before closing, we saw that the hotel had a restaurant "Kitchen+Bar". Our meal couldn't have been more perfect! Our witty & pleasant bartender/waitress Frances O. rocked it! Our "build your own" pizza with our added request of green chilis was outstanding! Kudos to the chef as well! We also appreciated Celeste, and all her helpfulness! Keep up the good work!"

"Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. "We were booked for two nights and we left next day/early. Beds were uncomfortable boards of wood. Bathroom had mold in it. Had noise issues from the road and from rooms next door. We tried to use the pool and there were ducks in it. Checked out early and our clerk made sure to remind us there were no refunds, yet we already knew this since we booked on Expedia"
