"Love this spot how much fun if you had a family with you it was clean the food truck had excellent food convenient to where we were heading and actually I loved it. The only issue I had was the young lady at the bar was kind of not helpful when I asked her simple questions like how do I order my food otherwise I would highly recommend and highly stay here again. One of the best places we’ve been in the river was just to hop skipping away, and it was beautiful morning to be down by it."

"We had the BEST time at our stay in Banner Elk! Dena was an absolute dream to communicate with and shared many options of places to see and things to do while in the area. The property and house were exactly as described, but the proximity of the backyard creek seemed even closer than described! It was amazing to open the screen doors and hear the rushing water, smell the fresh air, and feel the cool breeze. It was so peaceful and relaxing! It definitely added to the ambiance of the whole stay. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the provided grill due to inclement weather, but it’s all set up for the next guest and is really nice! The furniture and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has plenty of what you need to cook a nice meal, the bathrooms are great, and the stacked washer & dryer are very conveniently located right off the kitchen. My friend’s sister really loved the coffee nook, and said she wanted to curl up in a ball and sleep there. You cannot go wrong with choosing this lovely place to stay in Banner Elk. Everything in town is convenient and close. We had a blast and will definitely be returning!"

"We were very pleased with our stay and very thankful to be able to take our small dogs! We slept in the downstairs bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was just the right size for 2 people. The back porch being covered was wonderful as we happened to be there during a hurricane. Being able to let the dogs out on the back porch and not have to worry about them getting away was a comfort. We will definitely stay again!"
