"I enjoyed my stay at Brady Hotel, Jones Lane very much. The team member that check us in was welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size for 2 people. The air con was easy to use, quiet, and efficient. The bath towels were huge, and soft. The toiletries were of a good quality, and generous in size."

"The Langham Melbourne is a gorgeous hotel, elegant and lovely staff. I always love a stand alone shower in a hotel - though the shower head could be further out from the wall). The only things that could be addressed is perhaps it is time for new mattresses, as the current ones have obvious dips and quicker service at the bar (we waited over 20 minutes for cocktails at 5PM on a Friday evening). Overall a gorgeous hotel, would stay again."

"We booked a beautiful suite with a wonderful view but the windows were so filthy. This is supposed to be a Hotels.com VIP hotel but it certainly is NOT. Reception were quite rude, so disappointing "

"Arrogant dsek staff who refused to let my wife, daughter and three young children check in (who had been caught in a thunderstorm and were scared, soaking wet and cold), because the Hotels.com booking was in my own name. My wife had ID with Medicare card, drivers license with address, and my mobile number as proof of identity. Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. Will never stay there again and will advise my many dozens of fellow travellers we regularly share trips with, not to consider this venue. We have travelled around the world many times and locally dozens of times, and have never struck such a moronic group of desk staff (who by the way could barely speak or be understood in our native language). "

"We had a staycation, the hotel was excellent with stylish rooms and all the comforts you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar served great cocktails with an impressive view of the city. Highly recommend. "
