Once we noticed they were happy to refund and the money was returned straight away, they were very apologetic. The grounds were so beautiful. We went in off season so it was very quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant just up the street called ‘sacred rice’ it was also amazing. Would recommend. Would return :) "
