"Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait.The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. "As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue.
