"This hotel was a great spot to stay when travelling through Iceland’s south coast. At the base of Skógafoss, the hotel has small but functional rooms, and an amazing complimentary breakfast. The hot tub had great views of the surrounding area, while still being private. Parking was conveniently located right outside the hotel. A note to any travellers, there is no fridge here. "

"This was our first time staying at a Guesthouse and can say it was a positive experience. The place was clean and you have access to a communal kitchen. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy. They had blackout blinds but the 2" gap between them make them less effective. Everyone seemed to respect each others' space. We were hesitant about sharing bathrooms but it was no big deal. "The views from the hotel parking lot are fantastic. This is a great place to stay! We only stayed one night but found it to be comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The food that came with the free breakfast was delicious. Everything was on one floor, so you didn't need to drag your bags upstairs. Would stay here again. "

"Quiet, comfortable stay on a farm that was just outside of Vik and close to Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern and spacious, and even though they were 'shared,' there was always at least one open whenever needed. The other guests were quiet and considerate, so we would definitely stay here again."

"We booked this day of because high winds made setting up our tent challenging and we were so grateful we did! Comfy space, warm shower, great little kitchen and sitting area and comfy beds. Kept us warm and safe during an orange weather warning with snow and high winds."
