"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and I was nicely surprise by the cards of appreciation they left in my room. The rooms was very clean, food was amazing, both at the breakfast and at the "Spago" restaurant. Spa is beautiful and the location is fantastic.St. Regis on The Bund is Absolutely Stunning, the Art Deco design is breathtaking and the level of kindness and professionalism that I've experienced from every employee I cam across was Top Notch. Congratulations St. Regis. If I ever go back to Shanghai I will make sure to stay there again. Ania K"
