The apartment was close to shops, restaurants, bars and a short walk to the old town. Apartment was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, glasses etc. The host sent plenty of information and was very helpful. I.d definitely stay again in this property if I visited Zadar.

Just had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment which was very clean & fresh & had everything we needed including extra towels. The location is excellent being in a quiet street but just round the corner from the marina & bridge to the old town which had lots of shops & restaurants. Check in was quick & easy as Patricia the host provided clear instructions & said we could contact her if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Michael is a great host in his beautiful home with an amazing view of Rijeka below. The grounds around his house are beautiful and lovingly kept. He also provided the best tips on where to go and things to do!

This property is in a great location just minutes to Old Town. The owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment was very clean and provided some basic necessities for cooking and toiletries etc. I would recommend this property for sure

This property is beautifully maintained with all new fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is also new and the dishes are all new, matching and set for 4 people. Parking on the street was easy and free. The unit is on the ground floor so only one or two steps to get inside. It is not on the waterfront, but one one block away from the water, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge to the old city. We ate both nights at Restaurant "Giardin", around the block, and it was good and reasonable, with indoor and outdoor tables. We also had a fantastic walking tour with Igor at Free Spirit Tours.

The property was good located and equipped. It’s in the centre of almost everything, close to the old town, close to supermarkets and close to the beaches around Zadar with car between 10 and 20 minutes, by foot between 20 and 30 minutes. The kitchen was good equipped, the air conditioning was excellent and seemed to us clean (no bad smell or dust on the box or where the aire streams out), the bedroom has all what it needs and the bathroom was clean with a nice size and a shower where easily fit 2 people. Even if it’s close to the centre we didn’t hear much from outside. In front of the building is a free parking space and normally is always available at least 1 spot. The apartment is good for a family with one little child, for a couple or a group of maximum 4 friends I would say. The check-in was easy and good explained where the keys are and when we had questions we got always a quick response of the owner. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Zadar!

The apartment was in an excellent location and was clean and well presented. However we did have a few negatives. The details say there is luggage storage but the host was quite unhelpful re this and though we requested to drop our bags off without wanting to get into the apartment the best they could come up with was an external paid luggage storage facility which we had no choice but to book. Late in the evening the day before we travelled at 6am they then said the apartment would be available for us. This was very frustrating. They must have known before that it would be free. We are now out of pocket for the unused storage. There was no info provided re the apartment or Zadar. No instructions re the TV. No helpful information about Zadar other than a map and two excursion leaflets. No recommendations not even suggestions on what to see, It felt really impersonal though the apartment felt like that too. It served a purpose but definitely would not use again.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street

The apartment has been furnished recently with style. Overall a very nice stay. No disturbing noice from the street. Bed was comfortable. Fully functional kitchen with ceramic stove, oven and fridge. Big shower. Cons: Shower hose has a leak. Frying pans are worn out.

This would be a fabulous apartment for a long stay. They had everything: dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge. The shower was nice and large. One note: if you are going to use the sofa bed, you need to let them know in advance. They only have sheets for it in the apartment if you tell them explicitly that you will be using the sofa bed. We especially loved the location. It is quiet and peaceful, but it is also in very easy walking distance to Old Town Zadar and all the touristy stuff. The suite is on the ground floor, but it is very safe.

DISGUSTING

It was absolutely disgusting. We did not end up staying in the place due to safety concerns and had to book another stay in near by area. The locality was pathetic. I am going to take this up to hotels.com on email for a complete refund. Being a loyal gold member customer, the photos were completely deceiving and were disappointing.

Check-In war super einfach und alle benötigten Infos wurden uns rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Auf unsere Nachfragen wurde schnell reagiert, wir konnten problemlos schon etwas früher in die Unterkunft. Die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert und war wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr nah am Hafen und an der Altstadt, man war somit nicht auf ein Auto oder Ähnliches angewiesen.

Das Appartement war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, viele Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
