"The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience. "

"We stopped here for a half way rest point to break up a long journey. Room was small but adequate, bed was a bit hard but ok for a night. Staff were all very friendly and breakfast was fine. It's a good location to get the tram into central Orleans. "

"Our stay at Chateau du Rondon was wonderful. The property is almost surreal in its grandeur and history. The breakfast was exceptional, made all the better by Clara’s attentiveness and kindness. "

The room with its window seat, large and well-appointed bathroom, and surroundings were spotless.
