"Nice stay in a queen suite. Overall it was a great stay and the hotel impressed us. Only negative would be that the furnishings in the room were well used and could be replaced but were not terrible."

"The employees were not friendly at all. Our shower had not been cleaned and had hair all over it. We paid extra for a suite that had a jacuzzi tub that we couldn't use because it was filthy and the plug wouldn't stay in the drain. The fridge and microwave were really dirty and the fridge didn't get cold. The included breakfast barely had any options and the entire place just felt dirty. I was very disappointed in the entire place. "

"The room needs to be cleaned better, walls had a spilled drink on them , bathroom corners dirty, and tile loose on floor. Overall for the distance to beef &boards theatre worked for us. "

"Room is not cleaning, second day a cockroach was in the bathroom the following day another one on the desk, the breakfast has no one pc of fresh bread all super processed and frozen, rom with the kitchen without soap to clean dishes plus the room cleaning need to be requested and even that some day wasn’t done… including that we’ve been overcharge compared to the daily rate."
