"Lovely last minute reservation at this sweet hotel, original building from the 15th century! That gave me frisson! Clean, quiet, a/c, beautiful, very old wood beams in ceiling, tv, there's even a bidet in bathroom! Restaurant next door is fine. Convenient to San Marco Plaza and little shops. Bring eye cover if you like darkened room. Steps, no elevator, but the nice receptionist carried my bags up. Snacks and coffee in reception area all day. Loved it!"

"Fantastic location. So easy to walk to many great places. Great breakfast, great service. Had to open window to get fresh air and it was a bit noisy. Great rooftop. I don't think we had AC?? Also skip their recommended paid "boat tour of the city". Our boat guide didn't say a single thing. Might as well ride the water taxi around. "

We ran into a difficult situation that I had to be Hospitalized we had booked the Hotel stay for two nights only, but due to me being hospitalized my husband had to stay there which was not easy because they were booked but their staff members went out of the way to accommodate him.
