"Check in / Check out was great. Lodge was nice with great view. Room was adequate - about what you’d expect in an older NP hotel. Disappointed that we didn’t have a paved walkway to our doorway - had to walk down a muddy path. Construction in nearby building impacted the neighboring building. Outside lighting at our building was not working."

"My husband and I have rented countless properties and this by far was one of the most accommodating places. The house was spotless and the views were amazing. Very nice outside area to relax after a full day. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Enjoyed a relaxing getaway with friends. This place was just what we were looking for. Amazing decor, enjoyed hot tub and fire pit. Was tucked away to feel just far enough away from it all. We spent some time by river just about 20 min away. We were pleasantly surprised to find the extra roll away beds So there was plenty of space for 8 of us ladies. "

"The property is absolutely beautiful. The road to the property can be a bit difficult to maneuver, since it is so secluded. That's exactly what I wanted though. I booked this cabin explicitly for the hot tub on the deck - for my husband. He has back issues & after our 7 hour drive, he needed it. I checked with the owner a few days before to make sure the hot tub would be operational and he said yes it would. Then, a day or so later he told me that the "backup" hot tub was in place. He didn't mention that it was an inflatable hot tub. My husband was less than pleased. The cabin had some minor issues. Some repairs need to be done, the furniture isn't comfortable ( a futon for a couch, plastic dining chairs, etc) but those features weren't much of an issue since we weren't there much. There is no shower, so keep that in mind. There is a jetted tub with a shower head attachment, but no real shower. If you like a rustic setting, it's great. If we go to that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again - as long as the real hot tub is in place. As it was for this past weekend, the price point was way too high for what we got."

"Place was great. Only issue was the pots and pans should probably be replaced. All were very rusty and hardly usable. There was a chair in the living area that the back had come separated from the seat. But otherwise was amazing."

"This home was absolutely amazing. Very secluded, I would highly recommend a 4WD vehicle as depicted in the listing. The house is so homely and everything looks brand new, very clean. The owners also left a gift basket for us which was such a nice gesture."
