The decoration and design were absolutely stunning—artistic, tasteful, and full of character. Every corner felt thoughtfully put together, making the space feel both welcoming and inspiring. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back! "

"We had an amazing stay in an apartment at Block 42 in Domina Coral Bay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main (heated) pool, reception, and entertainment area, making everything easily accessible.The apartment itself was well-equipped, offering plenty of storage and even a safe for valuables. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower and strong water pressure. Thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, and a couple of towels were much appreciated. The addition of an airer on the balcony was also very useful.Speaking of the balcony, it was a lovely space with a small table, chairs, and a mosquito net—such a thoughtful touch! Inside the apartment, the very large fridge with a freezer compartment was incredibly convenient. The beds were spotless and extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.While the room does not have a smart TV or WiFi, this wasn’t an issue for us, but it's something to be aware of. If needed, a kettle and cups can likely be arranged upon request. The air conditioning was a great addition, keeping the room cool and comfortable.The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. As always, Domina Coral Bay and the beautiful Egyptian sunshine did not disappoint!Dining Recommendations:For anyone visiting, we highly recommend taking a walk over to the Wild West Restaurant, located next to McDonald's just across from the hotel. "Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one . Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also . NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL . I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff. Very bad .
