"When you target near in the city. It was good to stay, and comfortable to sleep as single or with partner. Since i stay for 1 day i feel all good , clean and safety, yet it was nearly around food to eat and shop."

"Bathroom not very clean with mould evident in shower door. Quite noisy this stay with some odd noises coming from above shower."

"I feel compelled to share a few details of my experience becasue there were several details which detracted from my experience in this venue. I'll start with the positives - the apartment was clean, bright and modern with beautiful city views and in a really convenient location. The front desk staff were lovely and super helpful on check-in and check-out. Now for negatives: #1 The loud bathroom exhaust fan was hardwired to electricity and couldn't be turned off. I ended up having to turn off the lights circuit on the safety switch to stop it since the switch labelled "Fan" did nothing. #2 The passive-aggressive note on the kitchen counter thanking me for staying and reminding me to wash up and put away any plates or cups etc or be subject to an additional cleaning charge. Feels icky in a "serviced" apartment. #3 The lighting...(OMG - if I got a dollar for this one) Call me a lighting snob, but the 4 lamp bulbs were either Cool White or Day Light coloured which made the place feel like an office at night. Call me a lighting snob, but Warm White globes should be used in lamps. #4 Pillows - all 4 pillows were really thick/high. While this might suit some, it left me with a sore neck in the morning. "

"Had a terrible sleep because soundproofing only blocks noise from other rooms but not the busy traffic outside the windows. Bright street light bleeds in between gaps in blinds. The bed and all the springs squeak every time you move. No hot water at night. Toilet seat mounted so it will not stay up for men. Bathroom tap flows too close to back wall to get hands fully under. Otherwise nice looking large apartment with good facilities such as washer and drier, gas stove, oven, utensils, etc."

"Great position. Parking underneath is not assured so you need to arrive early as busier at night. Parking is not run by Sage and costs $40 per 24 hours. High rise going up opposite Sage so would be noisy from Monday to Saturday inclusive, however I was there while no construction was happening. Also, my room was at the very back so advise getting a room well off James Street, ie as far as possible as construction will be going on for some time."
