"This I hostel is amazing for a budget stay: location is great (walking distance from tahrir square, metro is in the heart of Cairo. "Tha property has been refurbished but it has lost its old charm and its old management and staff. The airport pick up didn't work which was a bit of a hussle but at least the staff at the reception desk apologized. "

"Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money).
