Every store was dog-friendly and everybody was so nice! I was able to go everywhere with my dog which is my dream town. I even met the mayor, Max (a sweet Golden Retriever)! This mountain town setting has made me want to look for a cabin there!

It's a small village but it feels very homey. It's easy to walk around once you get to the heart of the area. Tahquitz is a ways away from the center of the village (five minute drive) but everything is beautiful and cozy.

Easy walk into town. Great burgers at The Lumbermill, Raven Hill Bagels is AMAZING, and the Idyllwild Brew Pub is an amazing establishment with a beautiful outdoor deck. Live music at Taryn's Place Pub.

It is small mountain town and you need to understand that WiFi is sketchy and there is no late night life but it has a great place to just relax. We went to really nice restaurants. Gastronome and Idyll a wild

"My stay at the Hyatt Hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh, including our room. I honestly have nothing negative to say—not even about the hotel itself. The pool area was also well-maintained, clean, and very relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay."
