"I give it a five star for a reason. The price we paid was reasonable. The location is great!! The owners were friendly, simple people and very accommodating. They treated us with respect. While the room we had was pretty basic, it was clean and quiet! And that’s all I need from a hotel. The owners had a different prospective what a “queen” size bed was, but they were kind enough to accommodate our request and upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed which was in fact a QUEEN size. "The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room ."

"I had been to the hotel also in 2017. It's a typical Roman etage hotel, meaning it occupies one or more floors in a larger apartment/condo building. The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathrooms are a little tight due to them having been added on more recently. A fridge is in the room. Breakfast is not served at the hotel, but you can buy a coupon and redeem it at a Cafe nearby for a coffee and a bakery item."

"This hotel was great for our football related stay being simply a place to sleep and wash before heading out for each day/evening. A perfect location and the facilities were fine for our needs."

"Property was centrally locater- you could walk to it within 7 minutes from the train station. The hop in hop off bus was located about 4 minutes away and there were plenty of places to eat. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. They had a nice upstairs rooftop area which you could use to relax in at the end of the day. The only drawback was we were not made aware of any of this until the next day as the office was closed when we arrived about 4.30pm. Their communication in that area...

"The property was close to Roma Termini so was convenient, the room was clean and neat but, very congested. And the aircon doesn't work. When we told the staff about it, they said that it was usual. Even after dropping the temp to 16deg it was very hot and my child could not sleep properly for the 2 nights. Expedia should consider the apartments being advertised through your platform. Makes customers like us think twice about reliability and peace of mind. "
