"Hotel Universal it is a affordable hotel close to city center. Room was good and clean. It has not ramp for disabled persons, a few stairs to get in .Staff a bit unfriendly. But at the end of the day was good. "

"Check in was quick and assigned a room on third floor. Room size was decent, there is a McDonald’s next door and two supermarkets. Asked staff if any restaurants and she recommended Rolfo Burger just across from hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Overall a good stay here."

"This stay was honestly not enjoyable. We sustained constant loud construction works, people yelling and shouting and banging doors noises during day and also during the night, including well past mid night and early morning. Leaking shower taps sprying all trougout the bathroom and to the bedroom. Moldy curtains, and severely decayed furniture. Amenities were almost non existant, a full set of towels was missing, not even a full spare roll of toilet paper, or enough soap to finish off a one...

We were recommended the bar 'Terratremol' and the food was very nice, plenty of it and at a good price. House wine was fine ! The general atmosphere of the town is friendly and kind. It's a small hotel, but the staff were friendly and checking in and out was easy. The hotel has a lift and electronic key cards for the room doors. In the room a safe and also TV. The room was quite spacious and very clean. There was a restaurant and bar which I found reasonable. Great coffee!"
