"It was conveniently located away from the Rt 6 (main rout through the cape) but close. Also close to Hyannis, and the ferry docks. Keltic kitchen down the road is the best and most affordable breakfast spot I have been to in quite a long time…"
"Great location, spacious rooms, good size pools and a lazy river. It is a restful oasis to retreat to, once you have explored the towns of the cape, including Hyannis, Chatham and Falmouth Great fun and friendly staff. "

Spend alot of time on the Cape and always have a great time. Love the area. We were able to enjoy dining right near the hotel as well as the Water Park was walkable from our spot.

The public playgrounds in West Yarmouth should be easier to find. We looked at it on a Google maps search and went to a playground. That was supposedly there, but it was a DPW site and there was no playground here. So we gave up

"We absolutely loved our weekend getaway. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the food was both flavorful and abundant. We have no complaints. It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be visiting again."
"It is reasonable price with full continental breakfast offered every morning. I stayed in a cottage unit with two little ones perfect size of outdoor pool and indoor pool with a playground."
"This is a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that I had problems with the TV. Couldn't get channels to stay on. TV kept going off.
Shower was lovely. The outside pool was very clean. The breakfast was an assortment of items. I enjoyed the fresh fruit!"
