"This was a prime location for everywhere you would need to go. Staff was excellent and allowed us to check in early to leave bags in room. Room was very clean and it was overall a great experience. Definitely would come back here if I were to visit again. "

"This place looks great from the pictures and in person there was no issue there. Check-in was quick and easy but that's were the issues began. I asked how to turn on the heat because there were three thermostats and two were locked to prevent adjusting. I was told they are not locked. "Even though the suite was not designed as a handicapped suite, the staff was proactive and attentive to the adjustments that would help. I got a call ahead of time confirming that I would be able to use the designated suite. They added a hand-held shower extender to the shower, so that I could use it. The only thing that would have helped more was a shower chair, so that I could sit in the shower area. They received and held a couple of Amazon packages that I bought to provide a toilet seat...

"The rental property isn’t a townhouse as advertised, but an apartment on the first floor of the building. Furthermore, the entrance to this apartment is located in an alley next to the building near several trash bins… The apartment itself wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty carpets and dust in several areas). "We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"
