"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"We loved everything about his home! It is charming and very clean and tidy. It is a cozy place to stay with a lovely outdoor area. It is near everything, and so walkable! Angela is a wonderful host and very communicative. The check in instructions were clear and easy. We will probably come back since we were visiting our daughter in Harlem. Thank you!!!"

"The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars."

"From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. "I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. When I informed the host she gave me another address which was smaller with one bathroom. Smaller than the original one booked. After explaining that this wouldn't work the host...

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "
