1. Charming Storybook Home by Carr Jones

Southwestern Sacramento

"This place was amazing. The neighborhood was lovely - you never know what you might get in Sacramento - but everything was very nice. The architecture and natural conservation of energy as well as all the cute little nooks and considerations were just so fun. I would love the opportunity to stay there again. The only thing that might make it better is to have larger beds in the extra rooms. It’s hard for a couple to stay in a double bed."

"We stayed here because we were attending a Bible convention at the Safe Credit Convention Center. It was only 6 minutes away. The accommodations were wonderful. My only tiny complaint was the couch was not comfortable at all. So in the evening when we decided to relax to watch TV we ended up turning off the TV and just went to bed. And the A/C was on some odd schedule and would randomly change temperature. Also, the bathroom was in an odd location but that's no one's fault, just a side note. All...

Harbinson House

Central Sacramento

10/10 Excellent

My partner and I stayed for one night at the Alice in Wonderland themed room. The owner, Rhonda, was extremely nice and she explained the door locks, rooms, checkout process, amenities, etc very concisely and it was easy to understand. She was also very timely with communication before the stay which is always appreciated as a guest. The room itself was very fun to be in and clean. The decorations were beautiful! It felt like there was always something new to look at every time we glance...

Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento at Csus

This hotel is great and the staff are amazing. The area around the hotel (outside property line) is a little rough due to the train and tram traffic, as well as the occasional homeless person, but the hotel grounds are well manicured and safe. The hotel is very clean and well kept and the staff are great at making sure that you have everything that you need. Alfred was especially awesome with making sure everyone had what they need and are enjoying the breakfast offerings. Have stayed here twice...

I was traveling through Sacramento after taking my daughter to college. I could not have been more impressed with the exquisite beauty of this place. There are no words for how stunning it is. If you are an antiques buff, you will adore the furnishings. If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful retreat, you have found home. The breakfast served was a 5-star in terms of presentation, variety, and just plain deliciousness. My greatest compliments of all to Ally, the hostess...
