The only issue we had was that initially we were given the wrong room, it was smaller than the one we booked and I did show the front desk person the booking and the difference between the rooms including the spare footage. He had said since the booking was done through Expedia and not directly them that they cannot guarantee the room that we booked even though I have always booked through Expedia and never had this issue including...
