"Room was alright. Close to main area of Fredericksburg. Overall, was clean. Some mildew in the shower. Problems with the keys failing (2 out 3 failed). Loud AC (50-60db) that ran all night and kept me up. Didn't keep my wife up. I've stayed at better motels/hotels for less... but the rooms in Fredericksburg area seem all to be expensive. Overall, worked for us. "

"AC did not get cold enough. out dated. Arrived on site at 1:10. they would not let me check in till 2:00. I just wanted to check in and go on about my business. they said if they did i would have to pay 50.00 More. So i did not. "

"The biggest issue was in the Kitchenette the sink drain and garbage disposal didn't work. We reported it and it never was addressed during our stay. The refrigerator didn't work properly as everything we put in it barely stayed cool and the freezer didn't work at all. The room itself was nice and clean. The bathroom was very clean. We would stay again, but if we wouldn't select the Kitchenette option again."
