"The room had a smell that may have come from cigarettes many years ago. We bought a plug in which helped. The room was clean and comfortable. Interesting that it was under an off ramp and near an Amtrak rail line. There was a diner close. Old town was close and great. Interesting people walking close to the motel too. "

"It was great service, breakfast options slightly changed each day, pool was clean and provided pool towels. It was a great location for what we were doing. You could tell its an older hotel, with the style and a few minor things. Carpets were dirty and needs a good shampooing. "

"Clean establishment with friendly staff. Continental breakfast is better than most. Pet friendly, not a whole lot of outdoor space for Fido, but there's a park a 5 min walk away. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to most destinations. "

"We stay here every summer for the last 5 years. Hidden gem and a nice secret for those who know. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the village and tidepools. There's an Amazon locker at the 7-11 if you need to ship something to yourself "

"This place was perfect for a weekend at the beach. While not walking distance to the beach, it was a very short drive and walking distance to a Mexican restaurant with excellent fish tacos. The pool and breakfast were satisfactory as well. Overall I would stay again!"

"Im sure this place is usually calm , but the first impression of this place was pulling up to the back to park, and finding 3 police units arresting a couple of people behind the hotel. Definitely not the best welcoming, the place seems like people stay long term . It was cool i only stayed 1 night so i guess it wasnt as bad."

"The young man who checked us in at night was very nice and friendly. He quickly fixed our keys after they were not responding on our door. The room was clean-ish there was a few hairs in the bathroom floor, and there were some fruit fly gnat looking bug coming from the holes in the sink. Not bad but I did notice them. Overall, it fit our needs but that parking lot is so cramped. Be aware if you drive a pickup or large suv. They need to bring back breakfast. We would pay more for the option to...
