"Great relaxing outdoor pool. Pool deck is very nice. Property grounds are maintained beautifully. Room was a nice size. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated with a nice window and new tub/shower faucet, handle and shower head. Everything is very clean and super nice! The location is perfect--extremely convenient to Waldameer Park, Presque Isle State Park, Sara's and I-79."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"
