"Staff member Hava, who was on reception when my daughter and I arrived was very warm and welcoming and made a lasting impression on my daughter. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hava and the gentleman on reception in the morning who brought us complimentary hot sandwiches at breakfast.
This is a fantastic budget hotel made extra special by the staff."

"see my review for Baylis House Hotel which is the same hotel. It is old run down hotel. I stay there because it is cheap and I just need a bed for the night. It is a 2 star hotel. 1 star for having a hot shower and 1 star for having wifi."
