Staff member Hava, who was on reception when my daughter and I arrived was very warm and welcoming and made a lasting impression on my daughter. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hava and the gentleman on reception in the morning who brought us complimentary hot sandwiches at breakfast. This is a fantastic budget hotel made extra special by the staff.

Clean room. Nice and quiet. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The property is an ex-Premier Inn by looks of it. A little dated and the repair work in room 12 on the bathroom tiles are a bit messy/shabby. But overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel. Comfortable enough, not dirty but not immaculate, not uncomfortable but not luxury. If you’re looking for a place to get your head down for a couple of nights, it’s fine. Don’t bring your wife here for a special occasion. The pub next door is decent, with reasonably priced food and drink.

Great stay

Always try to stay here if working in the area, good prices and brilliant reception lady. Usually decent amount of parking. Pub next door serving food but you need to check last food order times, if not there’s a garage adjacent with some food available.

Great staff and manager, always a nice welcome and will do anything to help make the stay great. Decent price, good rooms but a bit dated. Handy to have the pub/ restaurant next door.

the only positives were the staff were always polite, if not effective, and it was quiet. These aside the facilities were not only awful, cramped, tired and bathroom not clean, but the kettle provided was unsafe. This was certainly not the standard of room I thought I had booked on the website

Good option for Wimbledon (Tolworth station parking £4.60ish for the day and only around 17mins to Wimbledon Station and the shuttle buses). Also only about 12 mins drive to Epsom which is a nice market town. Quiet despite being close to main road. Lovely staff.

The venue is located on a main thoroughfare and adjacent to a restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to recently updated. There was plenty of room for up to four occupants, including a couch. The included breakfast was reasonable. Staff were quite accommodating.
