"Excellent spot for a relaxing beach stay, host is great. Could have spent days on the balcony, looking out at the Gulf or the canal across the street. Highly recommend!"

"We had a group of ten adults and a baby. The property is in a great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. Several pack and plays and high chairs were available at the property . Both sections of the rental were fairly well stocked. The larger half had a big couch in a large space where we often hung out. The outdoor pool area wasn't fancy but we spent several hours lounging in the pool each day. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with my adult sons. It is a comfortable home...

"My family of four, my sister’s family of 5, and our mom and her boyfriend all spent time together during our trip. For most of the trip, we only had 8-9 people and fit great. It was workable when we had all 11 of us, but a bit tight. The kids bunk room was great, as was the master and the main living space. The two other bedrooms worked for our purposes, but are on the small side.Host was great and responsive, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Great location to the beach and to Naples! "

"This place was PERFECT for our family of 5 and the hosting we did for 15 people. John was very responsive the few times we had questions. The pool was perfect, the barbecue grill was used and worked great. This house is so well kept, a great layout where our kids had their own wing of the house and a large gathering area near the dining room, kitchen and living room. We’re excited for the next time our family visits the area to book this house again! "

"We stayed a week in Bonita Springs. The Tennks club condo was perfect for two. Right across the street from Bonita Beach and Doc’s beach House Bar and restaurant. Walking to beach and no parking worries was wonderful! The kitchen is very nice, has everything. The lanai is nice. Super comfy king bed. They had beach towels, chairs, toys. Etc. It will be even better when the pools get to open (waiting on inspection) and grounds and atrium fully restored. Nice place. We’d go back. "
