"It was perfect! The bed was comfy cozy, a huge TV (I rarely used it, so much to do outside), nicely appointed bathroom with a wonderful shower and several shampoos and body wash. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. A couple of hot pads would be a good addition! A short walk to the beach using the wagon provided to each unit loaded with beach chairs and a great sturdy umbrella 🏖️ that screwed into the sand so it didn't blow away in the breeze/wind. Nice beach towels also...

"The team at Kingfisher make this condo experience A. Being newly renovated, there were a couple of bumps, however, all was sorted out promptly. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen including spices, beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys were plentiful, plush towels and cozy linens, lots of extras (nightlights, hangars, TV trays, beach towels, cooler), bike paths at end of parking lot. "The condo was amazing - views, location, and a wonderful nice space for our family of 4 (kids 11 and 13). Wish we could have 2 weeks! Guest services is super helpful and responsive when you need additional items like dish soap or toilet paper. It's worth noting that this is a brand new unit so there are no left over essentials that you typically find in a vrbo (seasonings/salt or pepper, napkins, cooking oils, limited kitchen utensils, body wash, etc) - just something to be prepared for. "
