"I didn’t feel the staff gave us a good overview of all the amenities of the property on arrival and we were not told that it wasn’t daily cleaning of the rooms… the hotel was nice. It was clean. Cabana restaurant was great…. Would’ve liked to see more nightly activities and better music. The karaoke gentleman was there more for himself than for the group."

"We love the convenient location of EBH. We also love that they have housekeeping services daily if you want them and laundry in each room. My only suggestions would be new pillows - they are very flat, small and uncomfortable, and the key cards can be a bit of a pain. They are very sensitive to erasing and needing to be reprogrammed a lot and they are just one more thing you have to carry around. I like the coded door locks they offer at other places, and they can be reset remotely for the next guest. There also aren’t a lot of beach chair options and there were no augers to go with the two umbrellas that were there. We ended up buying a large beach shade. Other than these things, I would highly recommend this property and we will return!"

"Great location and quick walk to the ocean. Pool is community and not private. Tiki bar was fun, but if drinking and parting isn’t your vibe then try a different location. We were on the 3rd floor next to the parking lot and the tiki bar which is open to 2am. So it’s definitely loud if you’re trying to sleep. Bathroom need to be remodeled."
