"NOTE - PARKING IS NOT FREE WITH ROOM. Property is located right by clifton hills, excellent location. Staff is kinda rude but room was nice and spacious. Breakfast is free but only for 2 people per room, even if you paid for 4 people per room, moreover breakfast is in their cafe which is very very full with limited staff. So you are lucky if you get breakfast."

"Really nice hotel. Had a nice view of the American falls from the 6th floor. The belcony was a fun bonus. There was a lot of hair in the washroom which was a bit off putting but other than that the stay was great. "
