"The staff were super friendly and helpful from Erica at check-in to Jody at the Downtowner, and the cleaning staff (sorry I don't have any specific names to shout out!). I loved how close everything was, pretty much all of downtown was within walking distance. We did drive down to the river front but it only took us about 5 minutes to get there. The pool was clean and heated which was perfect for our stay. It was a great experience!"

"We only stayed for a night. I picked it for the location for it closeness to lookout mountain which was not able to enjoy because of weather. Check in and out was thru text. Communication was great. Room was super cute. Would stay again if in the area"
