Pleasant office personnel and close to walking distance to CBD and pubs and restaurants. Area for improvement: Site office is not commonly open or manned. Late night and early morning check ins push a loud doorbell instead of using the apartment outside lock box function... Meaning if your rooms close to the entrance you are woken up at all hours of night...

"Really cozy, clean and with a great Vibe. The building is not a modern one so don't expect nothing fancy but that is the beauty of it in my opinion. I define recommend it. "

"Property was near where i had to be. Room was under furnished. No table/desk or small cupboard to pack clothes. Sink was coming detached from wall. Amenities was very basic. Paid a extra $50 deposit when checking in, which was not refunded. Made a full payment of $548 when I booked room. For the amount paid I could have booked a hotel room with much more amenities. "
