"The hotel itself is fantastic. Clean, nice rooms comfy bed, friendly staff. The restaurant food for dinner is really yum. Once you step out front doors tho you enter the bronx. It is unsafe in my opinion to leave hotel. Unfortunately this isno fault of the hotel itself and my reason for not giving 5 stars"

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are huge. I was staying on level 5. There was a party being held below me in one of the banquet rooms that was quite loud. I rang reception and they cut things off at 11:30 pm. "
