Was welcomed by Il Capo and his family (Fabio and his wife and 2 sons) special shout out to Fabio and Eduardo who spoke very good English and recommended us great places to visit. "Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. Veramente spiacevole poichè ritenevo Expedia una società di cui potersi fidare, con questo comportamento avete perso un cliente e non solo perchè lo comunicherò ad altri Vostri clienti. "

"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."
