The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, it was quiet, safe, I was sent clear instructions of how to the property safely, it serves its purpose! I will definitely stay again in the future. "
