"Loved the location, comfortable bed, beautiful landscaping, and that breakfast was included. Parking was a bit tight, but nice to have on location. Water pressure of shower wasn’t great, but worked fine. Could hear the city bus in the morning, but we are early risers and did not bother us. Would have loved to have a ceiling fan since the room got a little warm, but the gas fire would be wonderful during the cooler months. Loved our visit to Carmel!!"

"The lock of the first room they assigned to me was broken, there was also a crack on the lock of the second room. It’s a little scary, I felt lik that room was broken in before. I checked with receptionist, he said it’s okay with the locker no one complaint before."

"Very basic but clean rooms. No TV but excellent Wifi. Food was good and snack room had great but limited breakfast options and was much cheaper than breakfast in the great dinning hall. You need to pickup a map to find your way through the maze of paths and roads. Nice board walks near the ocean."

"It was a great stay for the night. There were only 3 pillows, which was fine but would have been nice to have more for us. Overall easy to check in and out. Close to some nice sight seeing touristy thing!"

"Great one night stay. The place is older but the inside has been updated. (Crown molding??) Very comfortable. Beds were wonderful. We could hear the children upstairs but it's probably just because they were being children: bouncing off the walls. Would definitely stay again."

"I had a fantastic stay at Lovers Point Inn. The location is perfect, just steps from the beautiful Lovers Point Park and Beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning ocean view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Proximity to local attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium was a great bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing and scenic getaway!"

"Overall, the place was clean, the staff was great, and they even provided breakfast. The only thing I did not like was the noise that came from the windmill/wind turbine. Not sure what they were, but there was one outside on the balcony and it sounded like someone was dragging their luggage all night long. Good thing we were too tired that night and were able to fall asleep. "

"Property is a bit on the old side and I assume they must be having money trouble because the front desk closes down, no updates and just granola breakfast bars. We did sleep comfortably and it was quiet."

"Heating controls in room were hard to operate and noisy. Bed was very comfortable. Great waterfront view from room. Friendly and efficient check in staff."

"We been coming to this property for years and never a disappointing moment. The room is well appointed with amenities (even a microwave). Only drawback is check in time, in the past use to be 3 pm now they moved it to 4 pm.Extra $25 if you want to check in early. Overall enjoyed our stay!"
