"The staff is rude. The room is super dirty. The area is very loud. Underneath the hotel is a public market the rats are running arround and the garbages they just Leave it in the hallway. The sheet of the bed has an unidentifiable stain, it is really disgusting. We asked the staff to give us New sheets or transfer us in a New room but they refuse. Their elevator stink so BAD that you have to cover your nose when you get on it. The room is very small and very dirty, they couldnt even afford to...

I had to deal with roaches on three separate occasions, which was unsettling to say the least. On top of that, there was a loud, awful noise coming from my sink that would start up randomly, including in the middle of the night. I ended up fixing it myself, only to realize the noise was also coming from the room next to mine....
