I hav a Golden Retriever and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and my therapy dog is relaxed and felt comfortable also. I will stay there again when I make a trip back to Richmond to visit "

"So many bad reviews I dnt know why the staff ladies that work there was super friendly nice I'm disable and needed help with my things due to my health and on oxygen when I say they went above n beyond for me got me a room that was closer to the lobby due to my breathing the man that check me in was super friendly also but Ms Tonya she help me to my room and made sure I was straight they all was friendly nice and I appreciate all 3 of them I dnt knw the other lady name I wish I did I wanna thank...

Not sure if it was because the hotel was close to the airport or the rainy weather. Luckily, it was a short stay and I didn't need the internet often on this trip."
