"We had a beautiful stay in Ouray Colorado and staying at The Western Hotel and spa was terrific. Everyone was very kind and helpful, they made us feel like we were always a priority and never a bother. They all from front desk to dinner attendant to the manager were all willing to make sure we were satisfied. Wonderful people and place!"
