The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "Excellent price for a short stay, about a 15mins walk from York City Centre, so perfectly located to access shops, attractions and places to eat etc. Asda just down the road perfect to grab some basic essentials & munchies. Room basic but very clean, pillows could have been a bit firmer, but ensure shower room was nice. Staff extremely friendly & helpful throughout my stay."
