The main issue is that the hotel staff have virtually no power to help you with anything. Instead, they direct you to talk to the owner of the apartment. "Our stay was great. The hotel is right on the lake with a great view. The food was awesome. Staff was very polite and willing to help with anything. The bar has a vast number of cocktails for all tastes and enjoyable music. The rooms are great they each have a hot tub and sauna.
