"The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!"

"The property is ok, Nice pool. Wifi was really poor and regular celular service didnât work because of el Peñol they said. Hot water took forever to reach the shower and after 15 minutes I gave up.Breakfast was not served before 8.30 am and we had no choices, asked for scrambled eggs without onions and wasnât possible."

"We loved our stay here. Right in the heart of town, we didn't need a car for anything. Rooms are clean, quiet and newly remodeled. We bumped into the owner on the way out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go in town. Will 100% stay here again when we come back. "
