"The property needs improvement: Toilet seat loose ,broken ! Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London . Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking ! Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to...

Drainage Channel, Pulborough. The Arun is tidal as far as Pulborough and this is a cut made in the watermeadows to the south of the town to prevent the problem of flooding. This channel isn't marked on the 1940s map so I'm assuming it has been cut after the Second World War. The bridge in the background carries the Arun Valley railway over the river.
