"We checked in Saturday afternoon, day 1 tv not working, poorly cleaned, dirty towels. Day 2 tv still not working, poor customer service, nasty breakfast. TV issues never resolved and made to feel like we shouldn't have complained about any of the above issues. told we need to contact the 3rd party used for our discount for the room conditions. Will never stay here again."
