"Absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Guest Suite ! For the 2 of us it is a nice open space w/ a comfy sectional sofa. The bathroom is very nice w/ drawers for storage and a beautiful glass shower w/ rain head. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet provided lots of storage for our clothing & suitcases. It was perfect for us & so much nicer than a hotel room. Great prompt communication with property owner. I most certainly would stay here again!"

"The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

"It was terrible. The shower didn't work, water after bath would not drain. The beds were not comfortable and looked like used sheets.worker came to unclog tub but could not so we had to ask for another room to use shower. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
