"I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out....

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Guest Suite ! For the 2 of us it is a nice open space w/ a comfy sectional sofa. The bathroom is very nice w/ drawers for storage and a beautiful glass shower w/ rain head. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet provided lots of storage for our clothing & suitcases. It was perfect for us & so much nicer than a hotel room. Great prompt communication with property owner. I most certainly would stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay. Really appreciated the garage access to keep the car out of the heat. Kitchen was well equipped. The owners seemed to think of everything we'd need for our stay from shampoo in the shower to a charging port for our phones in the bedroom. There's no overwhelming tasks or rules just to wash our dishes and take out the trash which is common courtesy when you stay in someone else's home. Would stay again"

"The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

"The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for five of us. The house is clean and all on one level which is a plus. The location is in an established, quiet neighborhood, less that 10 min from the center of Maricopa. The owners were very responsive. I will book here again when I visit if available."
