"Lovely friendly staff. Generally the facilities are good with the exception of the work area. The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. "If I could uploaded pictures I would this is the worst hotel Iv ever stayed at everything was filthy there was mould on the ceiling bathroom handle had fallen off the ceiling outside of our bedroom had fallen through from the roof of the building leaking there was also a massive stain on the carpet where the ceiling had fell through from water damage the lift was out of order and the list would just go on and on avoid at all costs this hotel is worth no more than £20 a night it’s also full of...
